What's the minimum contract?
No minimum volume. The structure is a 3-month onboarding period followed by termination with 3 months' notice. That's it — no long lock-ins.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Amazon (Seller Central + FBA prep), Cdiscount, ManoMano, plus custom integrations via API / webhook when needed.
What happens if my volume spikes or drops?
Pricing scales with actual usage. You pay for what you use each month. Seasonal peaks (Black Friday, Christmas) are planned with you in advance — no surprise surcharges.
Where's the warehouse and who runs it?
Valencia, Spain. Strategic for peninsular + Balearic coverage and competitive intra-EU shipping. Operations are run by our in-house team — not subcontracted.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Every line item in your monthly invoice maps to the rates shown above. Materials invoiced at cost + 15%. Custom work quoted beforehand. Ask us to walk you through any invoice.
